In Forever, a rare item that drops in a dungeon no longer benefits only the player who loots it: the whole group unlocks its appearance for transmogrification.
- The rule applies to rare items found in dungeons.
- It does not apply in raids, nor to epic items.
Transmogrification stays optional in Forever: you can turn it off and see everyone in their base appearance.
