Overview
WoW Forever Assassination is built around your poisons.
Mutilate, a new talent, becomes your only combo point builder: it strikes with both weapons and deals 20% more damage to a poisoned target. So keep
Deadly Poison on at least one weapon.
Venom, a new finisher, raises your poison damage by 30% and your chance to apply them by 10%. In practice, it is a second
Slice and Dice to maintain. Your poisons ignore armor, but a boss immune to Nature cripples the spec.
The gameplay stays simple: you build, you spend. The challenge is keeping Slice and Dice, Venom and your poison charges up at the same time. At level 20, the spec disappoints: it plays like Combat until Mutilate, Venom and
Seal Fate. The class sits in A tier among DPS at that level.

Read the details
Your poison damage ignores armor, and this is the spec that loses the least when the raid needs
Improved Expose Armor.
Evasion,
Vanish and
Feint keep you alive.
On the other hand, you bring no raid buff, your energy feels slow, and enemies immune to poison or Nature take away a large part of your damage.

Order to be confirmed: the exact priority is not settled yet.
No list is established. Your poisons scale with attack power; aim for Agility, hit and crit too. The order is still to be confirmed.
Leveling
Two level 20 builds exist. The dagger build, shared by all three specs:
Improved Eviscerate 3/3,
Improved Sinister Strike 2/2,
Puncturing Wounds 3/3 for a 41-energy Backstab,
Precision 1/3 and
Opportunity 2/2. The energy build:
Malice 5/5,
Ruthlessness 3/3,
Improved Slice and Dice 2/3 and
Relentless Strikes, with a slow one-handed weapon or daggers.
Find a slow weapon early and train its skill, or switch to daggers for Backstab. Your damage comes first from your auto attacks and your builder: upgrade your main-hand weapon first. Wailing Caverns, The Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep have pieces for you.
