Camping rules
  • A campfire can be placed almost anywhere in the world, except in cities or too close to another fire. Campfires come from Cooking.
  • Each craft yields two camp objects, used up when you place them.
  • You need the skill to place an object, but the whole group gets its bonus: stay near the fire for one minute, seated, on a chair, asleep, lying down or kneeling.
  • The bonuses mimic class buffs and do not stack with them.
  • A fire lasts 10 minutes (one-hour cooldown); camp objects share a one-hour cooldown.

Overview

Fishing is a secondary profession that, with camping, becomes truly useful to the group.

What changes in Forever

  • At camp, the Fish Bowl gives +8% to stats; it does not stack with Blessing of Kings.
  • The Fishing Rack and the Fishing Hut give access to uncommon, then rare fish for an hour.
  • The Legacy perk Luremaster gives a 25% chance to catch an extra fish when you use a lure.

  • The system stays the Classic one: fixed reagents, items with fixed stats.
  • Over 600 new recipes, across every profession and level range; many old ones were reworked.
  • Recipe tracking (reagents shown like a quest objective), linking your whole profession book in chat, filters by skill-up, available materials or equipment slot.
  • Two primary professions, plus the three secondary ones: Cooking, First Aid and Fishing.
