Overview
Wild Growth returns in WoW Forever, limited to its target’s party, a bit like Prayer of Healing.
Gift of the Earthmother lowers the global cooldown of
Rejuvenation, Wild Growth and
Swiftmend to 1 s. Swiftmend moves much higher in the tree: it heals for the full value of your strongest heal over time, without consuming it.
Reflection lets 50% of your mana regeneration continue while casting, and
Living Spirit raises your Spirit.
Regrowth costs much less, and its heal over time can crit, perhaps by mistake, to be confirmed.
Gift of Nature moves up to tier 3,
Nature's Focus replaces Improved Mark of the Wild in tier 1, and
Improved Tranquility also cuts the cooldown of
Tranquility to 2 min: it is your best dungeon talent.
At level 20, your heals over time are very strong. At level 20 on the beta, Restoration is in tier S among healers: a complete kit, strong mana regeneration, and spell-power-scaling
Thorns on the tank. Healing ahead of time with heals over time takes new players a little getting used to.

Read the details
You heal hard on a single target with
Healing Touch,
Swiftmend and
Regrowth, and your heals over time cover an entire raid. Your mana holds up thanks to
Reflection,
Living Spirit and
Omen of Clarity. You remove poisons and curses, and you have
Rebirth and
Innervate.
On the other hand, you dispel neither magic nor diseases, your heals over time are easy to misjudge, and you have no offensive utility of your own apart from
Faerie Fire.

Rotation and priorities
Dungeon healing:

Priority 2:
WaitStop casting, to regain mana. When: Nothing to heal
Priority 3:
RegrowthRegrowth; Healing Touch if Regrowth is already ticking. When: The tank needs a direct heal

Priority 6:
RejuvenationA rank that tops them off; a low-rank Healing Touch if they are in danger. When: A hurt DPS
Keep
Thorns on the tank. Let your heals over time do the work, and only heal directly a target low enough to use the whole heal.

Leveling
Two level 20 builds. The Reflection build, all in Restoration:
Nature's Focus 5/5,
Naturalist 5/5 and
Reflection 1/3, preferred over
Gift of the Earthmother. The Nature’s Splendor build, all in Balance, which also works for DPS:
Improved Wrath 3/5,
Genesis 5/5,
Nature's Majesty 2/2 and
Nature's Splendor. With 5 Legacy points: Reflection 3/3, Gift of the Earthmother,
Gift of Nature 1/5 and
Swiftmend.
A damage-oriented build still helps your healing, since many talents boost both. Wailing Caverns, Shadowfang Keep and the Deadmines have gear for you.
